Monday morning

The weather was too good to waste this morning.

A bit of cloud. A bit of breeze. 22° just after 9.

So off I went. The perfect opportunity to cycle off some of the lethargy created by last night's meat fest and a bad night's sleep (hot & humid.)

The fields look great at the moment. The green of the maize (still growing) contrasting with the golden stubble of the harvested barley fields or the almost ripe wheat.

The maize is showing a lot of storm damage. Hailstones the size of golf balls the other week.

My system took a while to get moving, but I enjoyed it and feel much better now.
