Wagyu
Out for dinner tonight.
Dr D's birthday. She chose a steak place in the city centre. The Blip is the view from our table on the terrace at dusk. Still 27°.
We'd last been there in the winter. 10cm of snow that night. Quite a contrast.
We both had steak tartare as starter - they make it with Wagyu beef. I then had a burger also made with Wagyu and Dr D had a buffalo steak.
All delicious.
The evening also reminded me that Germany (or is it Bavaria) produces an endless supply of efficient and professional waiters who are friendly and helpful as well.
Yes, she got a good tip.
