Sveltering Sunday

Super summer Sunday - but hot and humid. Slow morning with a lie in and breakfast outside at the lake. Only started at midday hiking up towards Rigi Kaltbad, Seebodenalp and down to Küssnacht am Rigi. "Only fools and us hike upwards in the midday sun". Todays blip shows P. "working out" with the lake Lucerne mountain Pilatus in the background.

However it feels good afterwards and Fitbit is happy too (25'000 steps / > 200 floors).

We were literally put out of our sweltering misery only when our boat back arrived in front of the hotel and a summer evening thunderstorm and liberating rain just started.

Dining inside tonight. Tried a local Merlot Rosenau 2013 AOC.
