View from the shearing shed

This shearing is exhausting apparently! Some of our ewes and lambs having a rest after their hair cut. At the front is Shep. 

Up early but had to wait to clip as there was a heavy dew so the ewes were damp. All sheared and back out the hill. Husband has worked hard to get them done. I rolled the wool and packed it into the wool bags and crogged the ewes which is where I catch them and turn them over and sit them on their backside ready for my husband to take them and then clip them. A relief to have them done and the sun is shining!

15c 6 mph NW heavy dew and overcast then brightening to sunny day.
