Well I never!

Most mornings we walk to the golf course for our 9 holes on the Baird Course in Elie. Today we passed a group of people on the corner of Ferry Road. They directed us to the group of golfers playing the 3rd hole of the main course - 2 young women & Gary Player! A lovely story of one of the young women meeting Gary Player who decided he would like to play a few holes on the Elie course while in St Andrews for the Open Championships. What a friendly gracious man.
