Craigtoun Park

It must be at least 20 years since I last visited Craigtoun Park. At A's suggestion we headed for St Andrews and spent several hours enjoying the gardens. The Park (which is the home of St Andrews Park Run) is now managed by Friends of Craigtoun in partnership with Fife Council. One project close to the hearts of the Friends is the renovation of this amazing Island village. The structural survey alone will require the lake to be drained.
Check out the 'shute' in my extra - I thought that children would be ejected at great speed but no leisurely pace was the order of the day!
