MonoMonday:Autumn

Autumn here in Perth is a time for the cooler weather to come in and for the leaves to start changing colour and then eventually falling and blocking all the drains.

This results in a team of people that come around and unblock drains and cut back bushes and trees.

Luckily the birds are finished with their nests by autumn because this one was left completely high and dry after some clueless gardener haphazardly chopped back this glorious big bush and in the process exposed this beautiful nest!

I used to see lots and lots of little birds coming and going all day from this bush, never thought I would see their fantastic nest left like this!!

My extra is of some of the leaves that don't want to leave their tree!
