Super Grass

Really wasn't up to an early morning walk today - but the dogs thought I ought to have been. Funny how they pick up on little routines so quickly - I have only been out early with them for the last two days - and this morning, as soon I had finished my coffee - about 6 a.m - they were nattering to go out!

We had a little trip to meet up with daughter and granddaughter for coffee - and then a quick trip to the supermarket for a few bits.

Finally went for a walk about 4 - it was a bit cooler then, and we walked to Headley Hall and back. On the lane there I discovered this cone - left by one of the National Grid contractors working on the new power lines. It has obviously been there a while as the grass has grown right up through the top!
