RSPB Loch Garten

This morning we went to RSPB Loch Garten to see the Ospreys. It was a great morning - we saw the family of Ospreys, a red squirrel and a few other birds which I can't remember the names of. We also bumped into Gran and Grandpa who had decided to go there today too.

A picnic lunch was enjoyed by the banks of the Loch. We then headed to Loch Morlich in the afternoon to meet up with some friends who are staying in a holiday cottage in Aviemore. It turned out quite a nice afternoon and we sat on the 'beach' there with ice creams.

This evening we took Gran and Grandpa for a bite to eat at a local pub as a thank you for them helping us with the awning. The pub served gourmet pies - very yummy. Kerr had a big plate of bangers and mash, then played dominoes with the landlady. She clearly thought he was older than 2 because she kept asking him to find dominoes with specific numbers on them. He got a few correct which we all found funny as it was clearly coincidence, but the lady thought he knew them!
