Delphiniums
L and I paid a visit to Kellie Castle and garden today. The earliest records of Kellie go back to 1150 where it is mentioned in a charter issued by King David 1. The National Trust for Scotland bought the castle and gardens in 1970.
There are many wonderful roses, fruit trees and herbaceous plants in the walled garden but my favourite has to be the wonderful splashes of blue delphiniums.
