Warning

Long day out at Beamish (fab museum of 19th and early 20th century Northern England), once we'd picked Mr B up from the airport.. The kids have decided that mining is not for them, but they are quite keen on old fashioned sweeties. And seeing a heavy horse being shod was a highlight for two of us.

Later, an all to brief meeting with a blipper at a swimming pool while Mr B snoozed in the car, then home for roast lamb, fizz, cheese and chat.

Tomorrow I may have a better connection and get caught up a bit.

And I'm happy to report that no one succumbed to any treacherous inclines.
