Towards the Early Light

Weston Park is still being explored at regular intervals for images to go into the exhibition.  In high summer it is quite difficult for me to get out for sunrise and this was well after but the lie of the land allows for low light angles even after some time has passed because the park is in something of a bowl.

This is an unmitigated crash-bang type of image, using HDR and placing the sun behind a tree to control the exposure.  I love shooting into the sun.  Subtle it is not, but I loved the radiating shadows coming from the stand of trees.
