It has been a tough week and today has been a tough day, spent doing complex paperwork and driving for hours, including two hours in two entirely unrelated traffic jams.  So, tonight I am going to cook Tagliatelle with Lamb, Mint and Broad Bean Ragout, accompanied by this fine bottle.
