Backblip

This is to say a huge thank you for all the stars and hearts.......

I am struggling a bit at the minute, more with time and effort than wellbeing. 

I took this to remind me I'd been to the dentist. I know there's a regular way of taking self portraits but time and effort wouldn't allow. And I  haven't worked out how,

I would have posted the extra, but quite frankly I  didn't want anyone to be too disturbed.

I'm going to keep comments off until this week is gone.
