Crispy Carlops.....

.....I spent a most pleasant evening in Carlops with Clan Scobes yesterday. I was glad to see that the original sign painted by chummeryken is still on display and in reasonable nick.

This morning, I woke to a beautiful, chilly view of the Biggar hills breaking through the freezing mist. As soon as the sun made it above the elevated horizon, it burned the mist away and we were treated to a cracking, blue sky, winter day. Pure magic.

p.s. I'd been drinking with Druncle Craig, so no prizes for guessing if I had a hangover this morning!! Thanks for a lovely night Weez
