Striking A Balance

This is the only pic I took today, the Union Jack we have in the basement.

I wanted to use it as a background for the "British Expats in Frederick MD" Meetup group that I started. 

We've been meeting up for about 6 months now, usually for curry. I'm hoping some of us will think outside the box as Squeeze (well Difford and Tilbrook at least) are performing near us in December and I'm hoping to find kinfolk to go with! Let's hope my revamped webpage garners some interest!

As for striking a balance, a couple of days ago I posted the stars and stripes :)
