Milanese Pork With Arugula

My favourite local Italian restaurant has a fabulous specials menu for July. Appetiser is a shrimp salad with white beans, arugula and red onion. Milanese Pork with tomatoes and arugula salad is the main and Bomba Exotica (passionfruit and mango ice cream encased in a white chocolate shell) is the dessert.
