I really need the summer holidays to hurry up and arrive. Had another PTA event this evening to manage and it's surprising the amount of volunteers who turn up without letting me know they were coming - just so they can get in first and not pay the entrance fee. We made a loss at this event but it was very popular and great fun. Hopefully after the summer holidays I won't be so cynical ... maybe.
