Viva Brazil

Out for dinner this evening, to celebrate graduation and job successes.  #2 chose Viva Brazil in Bothwell Street.

Here is one of the Passadors (meat carvers).  They move from table to table, serving up to fifteen different cuts of meats.  Seriously sharp knives, it was all delicious.

My only grump was I had saved a little space for a Crème Brûlée dessert, to be told they had run out.  Went for the orange cake and homemade icecream, very enjoyable.
