Brandreth & Grey Knotts

Liz’s dog was a little stiff in her back legs last night so we changed our plans for another big day and instead, still got up early but drove up to Honister and did a much shorter circuit of Brandreth and Grey Knotts.

It was, once more, a superb day and simply good to be up high with the most tremendous views.  

We were walking by nine to avoid the forecast thunder and rain and had another good feed and coffee before setting off home.

A thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyable weekend.
