Here at Clear Lake, there's a 4th of July parade each year and residents, friends and neighbors are invited to decorate their cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters and themselves and be in the parade.  This care belongs to one of the neighbors, Uncle Rory.  He cut the top off the car, painted it with stars and stripes and the tires white.  When it rains he just throws a blue tarp over it!   Extra photo is Casey who had a cupcake at the end of the parade.....with blue frosting.....it was a good day!!!
