Fireworks at the beach

We discovered a new great beach a short drive away; Rialto Beach. It's wild, has great waves, lots of driftwood and various size smooth pebbles. We took lunch in a backpack, and ended up spending the whole afternoon there.
Long before it even got dark, the fireworks at our "home" beach started. There were tons of people, sitting around campfires, and fireworks going off everywhere. They still are, and it's past midnight. But it was awesome to be so in the midst of it. I will do more commenting once we are back in wi-fi connection.
