Calm before the fireworks

I took this picture in the alley just before we anxiety medicated two out of three dogs and settled in for a night of bright lights and big booms.  Frank and Woody are currently Thunder-shirted, huddled underneath the bed together, silent, sleepy, and scared.  Roxy is snoring intermittently through all the explosions that accompany our holiday around here.  Happy 4th to everyone celebrating, and hope all are having a good weekend~ ;)
