Today's the day ................................. to tour the estate

First thing you always do when you get back home after being away - is go round the garden and check how things have been growing in your absence. Well at least, that's what we do in this house.

And all that rain that we had at the end of last week - with the occasional bit of sunshine inbetween - has been working wonders out there. These may look like insignificant little flowers that you wouldn't look twice at - but they weren't there last week.

And what's more - it means that down there in the soil, the early potatoes are almost ready to be dug up .....................................
