Small Skipper Butterfly

Quite late this morning walking the dog, so temperature beginning to climb. Walked along the brook as usual in this hot weather. The small skippers had emerged in force and were taking advantage of the ragwort flowers. I must have seen more than a hundred in under an hour. One flower had about twelve on it. None of them were sitting still making photography difficult. This I think was about the best image.
