Hay and Wimbledon

The aroma of hay was wafting past as I cycled to the Post Office.  And there was no traffic as the road was closed, with no workmen around either and a new patch of tarmac looking finished..  
Heather Watson did Guernsey proud as she nearly beat Serena Williams.  What an exciting match. I remember Heather's athleticism when she was about 3 years old playing with my my children on the La Mare school climbing frame.
