Walyunga National Park

We went for a winter walk along the river in Walyunga N/P we came across two very damp looking kangaroos after the deluge of rain we had last night, they camp out under the trees no dens or holes for them to crawl into, their fur is quite thick I doubt they would have felt it, on the upside there was some lovely wet green grass for them to nibble on.

My extra is two shelducks swimming along the river bank.
They are also known as the Chestnut-breasted Shelduck, Mountain Duck or Sheldrake.
