A day at sea.

An early wake up for me meant that I could head straight for the gym while I left Claire snoozing. I did 28miles, got my heart rate up to 184 so I could justify the relaxing day ahead.

I must say the food is fantastic on the ship and the waiters are excellent and a very high standard of service from everyone so far.

A couple of beers listening to this three piece band who played some great rock and roll tunes including our favourite song America Pie.
