Birmingham to Dalaman to Marmaris

Up early at 3:15 to catch our flight to Turkey. Had a nice relaxing wait for the departure in the one lounge and the rest of the day went really smooth for a travel day.

We finally boarded the ship at about 4:00 local time.

We had to do our life saver drill just as the sun was setting and the coast looked rather nice.

We set sail at about 20:00 and headed for dinner. A lovely salmon plate was washed down later with a few G&Ts.

Nothing left to do but to turn in early after a very long day.

My first cruise so far is going well, a day at sea tomorrow so not sure what we've got planned or what will be photography potential.
