A little cat in my bushes!

A busy, long, and oh so very hot day today. A is away on holiday this week so there's no therapy for me tonight. I went to get my nails done instead. 

I hot the gym again, but it was very hot and we really were melting. I get bored if I don't learn new things, so I had a go at a sole circle(?) on the shiny bar with loops and gloves. It was really fun, and there was a lot of laughter. I called it a day at around 10pm as I was tired. 

I had a nice bath when I got home, but my house seems to stay boiling so it was almost too hot to sleep.

Another day of dragging myself up feeling like death. Ugh. Only two and a half more weeks of early mornings to go....:-)
