A Gift

I was very lucky to receive this curry from one of the (indian) parents in my class today! It was absolutely delicious, and a really unexpected little gift. It kind of restores faith in parents, in that they're not all out to catch you out, there are some that still respect the teaching profession and are grateful for what we do.

The only one home at lunchtime was Little B, who sat next to me whilst I was eating, hoping to snag a little himself!

I've had a lazy night tonight, as I've been at the gym two nights in a row. I still have 3 reports left to write, but tonight it's back-blipping and the next episode of Nashville :-)

Sports Day was supposed to be tomorrow but it's been postponed until Monday due to the heat. I think we're all breathing a sigh of relief there ;-)
