Blackheath - the home of indoor gateball

The croquet club has been booted out of Blackheath and have now had to locate to Leura.  

But perhaps all is not lost.  

This is an indoor gateball ball.  For those that don't know (which may well be the overwhelming majority) gateball is like a fast paced croquet game.  It is designed to be played on a smooth surfaced floor almost exactly the size of the Phillips Hall (the large hall in the community centre).

I reckon it could take off.
