The Sun Shone!

After a night of heavy rain we awoke to grey skies but no rain... thank goodness! After a leisurely breakfast, quite a few of us headed to Stonehenge to have a look around. Being so close to a World Heritage site, it seemed rude not to go!

Back for lunch at the campsite and then low and behold the sun came out... hurrah! And so began a relaxing afternoon in the sun, chatting, drinking before preparing the evening BBQ.

I packed the selfie stick, mainly because Amy wanted to use it, but as you can see it wasn't solely for the kid's benefit! After a damp start, this camping weekend turned out to be a very enjoyable one!
