Blencathra from Eycott Hill
When Clickychick got back from her morning meeting we decided that after lunch we would make a trip to the workshop and get "The Mate" to do a couple of quick machine jobs for me then detour on the way back to Eycott Hill.
As readers will know I frequently take shots of Blencathra (probably my favourite mountain). This shot shows the Cumbria Wildlife Eycott Hill reserve. The reserve is a new one of upland grassland. The reserve has many wildflowers, butterflies, dragonflies and of course birds such as Skylark and Lapwing.
