A day by the Northumberland coast. A beach walk first then a visit to Warkworth Castle where this photo was taken. It’s difficult to believe that I remember passing this so many times as a youngster yet never visited. Perhaps it wasn’t open to the public then? Great value for the entry fee and we appreciated their picnic table.
