2015 Tuesday -- Full Moon and Dancing Planets
We've heard differing reports regarding when the moon is full -- some have claimed last night, some tonight, and some tomorrow evening. Sheesh! So this is what I captured with my iPhone this evening. I also captured the planets Venus and Jupiter. One friend wrote on his Facebook page:
"Don't miss the convergence of Venus and Jupiter tonight! It will produce the brightest planetary event since the year 2BC. It is also considered by some to be the same convergence that formed the Star of Bethlehem leading the Magi to the house were Jesus was!"
So that's what my camera caught.
Our daughter has completely cleaned out her condo; they place she has rented and lived for the past three years. Beginning tomorrow she will be living here for the summer and in the morning, we will drive toward Cayucos on California's Central Coast to spend most of the next two months.
Mr. Fun had his prostate biopsy this morning. We now have to wait 7 - 10 working days for the results. I'm hoping that being on the Central Coast will be enough of a diversion to take our minds off of the waiting and wondering.
So that's it from "Fun-ville" for this last day in June. This year is half over.
Good night from Southern California,
Rosie (& Mr. Fun), aka Carol
