Dark and Dangerous

I didn’t want to tangle with this fellow so I took this shot from a distance with the 400 mm lens. This is what I believe is a Giant Black Wasp.  Just the words “giant” and “wasp” together give me the creeps.  Nevertheless, I needed a TinyTuesday blip and I was determined it would be him.  See the extra for a shot of his length.
