Scenery of Mull from Ulva

We decided to visit the island of Ulva, a short ferry crossing after a lengthy car journey. We picked the walk we wanted to do and it took about 2 hours to get there. We then stopped to have a quick packed lunch and decided we would return another way taking in another couple of walks listed en route. We found our way down to the Livingstone walk and then lost all signs of the path. We then crossed a very boggy area and at one point I put my boot into the mud and it got stuck. Luckily hubby was right behind me and managed to pull my foot out. We eventually found the path again and by this time was under time pressure as the last ferry was at 5 pm. We made it by 4.15 and were relieved to see the little boat in view on our return.
