Machrihanish

First day of the summer holidays so in order to keep everyone busy we decided to try and avoid the rain at home and take a day trip to Machrihanish. It was warm and sunny there so it worked.

Lovely walk on the beach and a visit to the bird observatory, great place will go back again. Extra shot taken from the observatory of a young goldfinch.

Lunch at the clubhouse which is the hotel belonging to the golf club, excellent lunch and even the kids ate everything up.
