In the Bay of Kotor

From Dubrovnik, I drove south to Montenegro and the majestic Bay of Kotor. This natural wonder is now protected by UNESCO. The bay goes very deep inland. It is 28km by sea-level from the Adriatic to the medieval city of Kotor.
But I fell in love with the little village of Perast a few kilometres away from Kotor. I had lunch there by the waterside and enjoyed the view and the atmosphere on a fine, early summer day.
