A quiet moment on the pond.

We did the usual circuit of the St Ives Estate and golf course this morning which was the first group was I have done for two weeks.

It was very bright first thing but had clouded up a bit by the time we got going but it was a pleasant walk and catch up with everybody.

Nothing really caught my eye till we reached Coppice Pond. At the bottom end near the feeding station a large number of Canada Geese had gathered. So I took this shot but decided not to zoom in on the geese as the reflections in the pond were nice in themselves. (You can look at them closer if you wish in my extra today)

As we approached the feeding station they all got up and came over to get their breakfast.

Just one of those pleasant moments that make walking a delight.
