Moon, Venus, Jupiter, Radio Masts, Sunset, Pylons,
Salisbury Plain....Tumuli (x3), scudded clouds, field of green barley, distant lights of Amesbury...
Thirty seconds exposure, Bulford Army barracks right behind me, 10mm super-wide lens, helicopter (s)
(tumuli are to the right and not in this particular photo and helicopters (I don't think) were actually in this one either, but they certainly were on night manoeuvres. I AM on a public footpath and not breaking any MOD rules, before you ask.
Oh, and, a couple of trees, too.
It's good to be back out with a tripod, just me, the night sky and all that shines within it - and beneath it.
Handy to have and make use of one very late returning bus that serves both this camp and Tidworth, six days per week. I shall use it again, for different locations, for sure.
Huge thanks for all the favourites etc on yesterday's Apocalyptic Man's Power vs Nature's Power blip, lens focal length wise about as opposite to this as is possible.
