A Man with a Message

This is 'the father' and owner cook in one of our favourite local barrio restaurants. The space behind him is where he cooks steaks - the house speciality. He runs the place with his two sons.

When he gets going, there's no stopping him! I often just get the gist as he talks like there's no tomorrow with a very thick accent. Here he is telling us about the latest thing to be available on the menu from Thursday - snake. This was just after he'd proudly showed us the grilled crocodile steak, before it was whisked off to a table. I had cheese omelette and chips!
