Porta Delgada

This collage shows glimpses of our last day on the Azores. The image on the top left shows the Marina and the Zodiac in which we raced off to see whales and dolphins in the afternoon.  My photos aren't good enough to show!  We were so lucky to see the migratory Sei whales.
The image on the top right is a religious tile. These are often seen above front doors.  There is a great variety.
I was amused that the souvenirs often featured black and white cows.  It was lovely to hear cow bells tinkling in the fields.
The bottom right image shows a typical street scene in Porta Delagada.
