Summer Solstice

Today is the longest day of the year here in the Northern hemisphere. And what a glorious day it was! The sun woke us early and it was warm and wind still. We went for a wonderful morning walk, where we saw two brave girls jumping a waterfall, see here. We grilled lunch on the porch. In the evening we decided to ask our neighbour to lend us his lawnmower to cut the grass around the house, because the people who should be doing it have not been doing it, probably because the business is going bankrupt.
