Grass Plus Sheep equals Wool

Our sheep often duck under the electric fences to get to fresh pasture.
They don't seem to get shocks. Maybe their wool acts as insulation. I am not sure.
The electric tapes definitely touch their backs as you can see, as here is the evidence!
