Lots of lemons left over from a couple of weeks ago so made a lemon meringue pie!

I allowed myself a little piece while everyone else had two pieces. We had Sunday lunch this evening because we're going to an eightieth birthday barbecue tomorrow.

Enough left over for mom and dad to have a microwaved dinner on Monday!

Lemon meringue was lovely.
