Flambéed
It is along time since I did a food Blip.
As I managed to get some local asparagus yesterday , I thought I would do one of my favourite recipes.
Flambéed chicken with asparagus.
It is so delicious! Has a tarragon and creme fraiche sauce, as well as being flambéed in brandy.
Just served with new potatoes, strewn with snipped chives.
Nice to have the chives and tarragon from our garden.
After rain this morning, we had a fine afternoon, and walked to the next village and back. Then sat out in the garden, with a cuppa!
