Raining again....

Over to Mum's today to do a few jobs. Carol stepped in today & cooked lunch, changed the bed and sorted out the flowers that she has had.

These are growing in the garden and looked gorgeous despite the rain.

As we were leaving her friend Ann called in for a cuppa & a chat & then we all left together.

Very heavy rain on the way home - in fact as we pulled in to the drive the heavens opened (even more) & we sat in the car for 5 mins before venturing out...still got wet but not as wet as a certain young man by the name of Merlot - who was sodden....he looked like a drowned cat ! After a good rub down he was as good as dry & is now languishing on the bed.
