Cinemas of the past

We visited the Tyne theatre to see the artwork of Ben Holland who has drawn a collection of pictures of the cinemas from the past in Newcastle. It includes pictures of the old Odean on Pilgrim Street and Tyneside cinema. Even the venue itself, the Tyne theatre is drawn as it used to be as the Stoll picture house in 1919.
